Question:
I would think that if they all were the same type of diet, i.e. low fat or low carb, you could cycle them. But if there are drastic differences between them, it might not work. One thing you might try is to cycle them for a week at a time. But again, you can’t switch low carb to low fat like that. The reason why you can’t do that with low carb is because it works by ketosis. Low fat diets are high in carbs and therefore you would need to do induction over and over as you cycled back on to low carb from low fat. A better idea would be to find a diet that allows you plenty of variety. Low fat diets allow you to eat virtually anything as long as you practice portion control. — claudia 565/355/157 To email me remove the potatoes Tipletter Writer for Dieting CyberTip4theDay Subscribe today: http://www.CyberTip4theDay.com For hundreds of free low-fat recipes and info visit Claudia’s Corner http://dietchef.ecorp.net

I can stick to diets but I have three that work and get bored individually. Would I lose weight if, say, I done the Slimming world diet on Monday, WeightWatchers on Tuesday, Low fat Wednesday, and so on, as long as I don’t combine them on the same day? Just wondered as I could cope more that way!
