Great job, Lisa. Good luck this week to you and your hubby! — Joy 285/259.4/150 Started WW At Home 1/1/02 at 285 Joined WW At Work 9/24/02 at 264.4 *New 10% Target: 26 (238.4)*

– Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – So, after all my moaning last week about not losing very fast I managed a 1.5lb loss last night which is absolutely fantastic. I did the happy dance right there on the scales! Thank you to everyone who sent encouraging emails and reminded me that it is not about how quickly I get there as long as I get there! Good news, my husband needs to lose weight and get into shape fast for a fitness test so he is joining me on the weightwatchers and starting his exercise regime today. He had meningitis at the end of last year and I really thought I was going to lose him ( 3 months into marriage). Before the meningitis he was very fit and active but afterwards, probably because of the time it takes to fully recover, he just lost interest and has led a very sedentary life since. I have been trying to get him to join me particularly in some form of exercise, and finally it looks like the prospect of getting his dream job has solved the problem for me! It will be great to encourage each other as we follow the programme. Take care, Lisa 213/202/10%192/140 HC: 195
