Question:
Hi there, I`m a newbie in weightwatchers and got a question: I cook a sauce and pasta for my meal at noon – sauce 2 Points – pasta 4 Points If there is a rest, that I want to eat in the evening, I had to count the points for the pasta again. But what about the sauce? The sauce is a 2-points-recipe… — Bastian Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, does not go away. (Philip K. Dick)

The sauce recipe is 2 points for a certain quantity. If you eat the whole quantity, count 2 points. If you eat half, count 1 point and store the remaining sauce for another meal (I suggest labelling it with the point value). One thing that seems to aid weight loss is getting in a variety of foods. Perhaps it would be wise to have a different meal for the evening? Good luck in your weight loss adventures! Mary
